Headed to Spain in May, two nights in Madrid, then a week in Denia on the Costa Blanca. I'm headed to Possada de la Villa one night in Madrid to enjoy their wonderful roast lamb from a centuries old oven. I want to take my wife to a more modern, cutting edge restaurant for the next night. She's a very talented chef here in the US and I imagine the rest of the trip will be more traditional dining. Any suggestions?
Also, I'm looking for recommendations in the Valencia, Denia and Alicante area.
