Lunch at Lao Sze Chuan, We'll be Back

We, (Kenny and I) members in good standing of the Never Miss a Meal Club had a great lunch here at LSC, 1585 Boston Post Road, Milford today. Its a new place, open about a month, across the road from the new shopping plaza that's just been built, in the same strip mall as Conte's.
We started with Ox Tongue with Tripe in hot sauce, Sweet Potato pancakes and Steamed Pork Buns. All were outstanding. The Tongue and Tripe were in hot oil with celery and scallion, medium hot and very very tasty. By chance we ordered the Sweet potato pancakes with turned out to be a great counterpoint to the spicy, chewy dish of Ox and Tripe. The steamed dumplings were home made, juicy and flavorful, meeting all our expectations. At this point we had big smiles on our faces.
We moved on to the Crispy Shredded Beef, which could have been crispier but delicious none the less and the Twice Cooked Sliced Pork with Chinese Jalapeno and Chives(Fatty)and it was spot on, delish, great, wonderful. Thinly sliced Pork belly, tender and very silky stir fried with hot peppers, chives and leeks. Everything was served with some very good quality tea and rice. The wait staff was very friendly, efficient and courteous and the cost was neither expensive nor cheap, but right around where it should have been.
We can't wait to go back the rest of the Never Miss a Meal Club.
All in all I'd say that this place is going to save us a lot of trips into New York.
I also suggest that if you like to chow on Szechuan Chinese this spot is for you.
Please go and try it, I'd hate to see them go belly up due to lack of interest from the Chow community.
