I recently ate at Luna Park on Valencia Street for the first time. We went there early, on a weekday. It was not busy. We were asked if we had reservations. When we said that we didn't we were brusquely lead to some bleak corner table. The indifferent staff didn't help the atmosphere. I know I didn't smell, nor did my dining partner. So, I didn't get the attitude. I ordered a chicken dish. It had a strange, sticky, sugary syrup all over it. It also had very hard nuts on it. I'm not sure what kind they were, but they were hard and raw. The chicken was served on what I believe was supposed to be a potato puree trio. It was an odd, salty mixture of textures. Except for the syrup, the whole meal was VERY VERY salty. Buh bye Luna Park.
