I am a bit of a pizza snob. Grew up in Chicago, consider Chicago thin crust best in the world, definitely appreciate other styles as well, though. What I can't stand is conveyor belt pizza or the notion that pizza is "fast food." It's gotta be from a real pizza oven or I won't eat it.
Anyway, has anyone eaten at Luisa's? Someone talked it up in the Charlotte Observer yesterday but I remain skeptical. Like to hear what others say.
