Lucky Palace - Excellent dim sum in Union City

This place looked tiny on the outside but after you stepped inside, it is actually quite large.

A friend of mine who had tasted many great dim sums at many top places in bay area and abroad pronounced it one of the best even exceeding Yank Sing or ABC. I think the place is very good.

The sticky rice is indeed excellent if not the best. It actually has an eggyolk inside and a good size chinese sausage inside. Moist but not overly oily.

The shrimp har gow has a whole shrimp. Very good.

The chive dumpling is also excellent. The outside skin has been browned a bit which is nice.

Shiu Mai is very good.

The spare ribs in black bean sauce (pai kut) taste good also.

Turnip cake is tasty.

The special dim sums looked enticing also. I saw crispy roast pork that looked delicious. We were too stuffed to try them.

Service is excellent here. The waiters replaced our dishes, filled our water as needed without needing any requests from us.

I am a big fan of this place also besides my other favorite.
