How Lucky Am I? awesome ingredient dinners

I just had the most fabulous dinner at home and it was all about the ingredients. We had a pile of Lummi Island spot prawns, local asparagus drizzled with balsamic syrup and an Alsatian pinot blanc that did so right by the food. It was such a simple seasonal dinner and I would have paid dearly for it in a restaurant.

Has anyone else had a "how lucky am I" moment at home lately?
