This is in a strip mall on Valley near Walnut Grove, same complex as Yung Ho, across the street from 888 Seafood and Banh Mi Che Cali (still coming soon?).
Unlike the seafood houses that do Peking duck, the skin is crisp, but not dry as a chip, so there's still a little oil when you bite into it. Like it. And they do thin pancakes and tian mian jiang, instead of hockey pucks and hoisin.
The No. 3 duck option (san chi) comes with soup, sauteed bean sprouts, and dessert. Unlike the old Quanjude on Garvey, the duck soup here is actually good, savory and mellow. Bean sprouts were the same. Dessert was refreshing passionfruit jello and odd yellow pea gelatin.
