Who else loves the Mandalay Special Noodles?? (moved from SF Bay board)

sheilasf | Aug 30, 201005:39 PM     13

Saturday night was my fourth visit to Mandalay on California Street, and I would say this was the best experience yet. My husband and I got a parking spot right across the street, and we were seated right away no wait (even at 7pm).

Everytime I eat a Mandalay I always order the "Mandalay Special Noodles" and I can't get over how delicious they are. I believe there are seven ingredients and a server always mixes them together at the table just like the Tea Leaf Salad (which I also incredible).

I would like to make this dish at home -- it can't be that difficult. Has anyone else attemped to make this dish? And how did it turn out in comparison to the original?
