For Those Who Love Lox/Smoked Salmon

Here's a quick and easy recipe for the best ever lox/smoked salmon spread.

Into food processor add: One medium onion, chunked.
1 1/2 pounds low fat soft Philadelphia cream cheese. 1 pound lox (I prefer Trader Joe's Portlock brand wild smoked salmon). Pulse until near smooth - leaving small 1/8" sized chunks of salmon is nice. Keeps in fridge 1 1/2 weeks.
