I have three LCs and really love them but I have a question that makes me a little crazy.
The inside edge of the lids and the rim of all three pots are NOT enameled.
Besides wondering why that is so, the bigger issue is that left to dry on their own, those spots tend to rust. So I've taken to thoroughly drying them. But because they were once upon a time left to dry their is a little residual rust that I can't seem to completely remove. Any rec's?
Also, given this, should I be "seasoning" those specific areas? If so, with what exactly ?
