Lounge 47 recently updated their menu and I stopped by for dinner. The restaurant was very quiet, a little too dimly lit for my taste.

Pork belly sliders (serving size of two) were served in Chinese bao with pickled vegetables and sriracha mayo. Very tasty and the flavors well composed but the bao were generic supermarket variety and really need to have a fresh steaming.

Shrimp with watercress and coriander had 8 medium sized shrimp crusted with herbs, over a bed of watercress salad and grapefruit. What I liked was the watercress was not overdressed or salty and the grapefruit was not overly sweet. The shrimp were room temp and could have been hotter.

Their burger was competently prepared, medium rare was medium rare and the fries thin and crispy but seemed to be the frozen variety.

Still many things on the menu to try and all and all, would go back.
