My wife and I wanted Louis Pizza. We each had gone there over a dozen years. Today, however
after eating there, I don't want to go back. To begin with, there is very little tomato sauce on the pizza. I sent one back and got another the same way. The cheese is not the same. It used to have textures of flavor and was stringy on the hot pizza. Now it is bland. The crust used to be crisp and
have a cheesy flavor. It now has the subtlety of white bread. After speaking with the manager I was
told nothing had changed. I and the people I was with do not agree. One, more thing as I left the restaurant I tripped on the sidewalk. It is full of holes. I guess with enough beer you won't notice
the change in the pizza and won't feel the pain when you fall on the sidewalk.
