Just had diner at Little Louie's on Central Ave in Dover. It was fantastic. My husband had tuna carpaccio and I had the grilled salad. Both were great. For the entree I had pan seared catfish and he had rock shrimp ravioli in a coconut broth. The flavors were wonderful and the freshness of all the ingredients made the dish shine. For dessert we had the tempura banana with black raspberry frozen yogurt and the hot chocolate cake with pumkin frozen yogurt. The service was good, the atmosphere not pretentious. Our dinner came to just under $100.00 with drinks and tip. While searching earlier I ran across a comment from someone saying that there weren't many decent restaurants in "this cultural wasteland" (Dover). I have to disagree - Little Louie's is not to be missed.
