What to do with lots of little, yellow plums?

I got three pounds of these little guys last night from my CSA. They are slightly sour and the flesh is just a little mushy. I could probably use a cherry pitter to remove the stones, but I've never seen plums like this before and am wondering how best to use them. Ideas?
