I got a good number of imported lemons (they taste a bit like the lime, rather than yellow lemon) and usually I'd have frozen the juice to use it gradually, but my freezer is acting up lately.
Most of the recipes I find use few spoons of lemon juice only.... I'd like to know if there are great lemon desserts or other dishes that use, say, half a cup of lemon juice... Is there such a thing?
If not, well, I'll have to make lemonade. ;-)
