Stepping outside after my November lunch of salteñas at La Esquina, I spotted a taco truck/catering vehicle turning the corner near the DMV. I decided to take off after it on foot to check it out. Luckily it stopped less than two blocks away.
This truck has no identifying signage; the photo below shows the license plate and permits. When I asked, the operator said it has no business name or DBA either. The truck stops in the parking lot of Big O Tires in Los Gatos, a block away from DMV, around noon each day.

I was full from lunch, but decided to try one taco, $1.50. This was good, made with larger size of tortilla and filling in proportion. This was braised pork in a red chile sauce, but can't remember what it was called. I do remember that it was quite tasty.

A hot dog cart and a regular taco truck in Los Gatos . . . I had no idea there’d be any street food in this hamlet.
