I found out my eggs were stuck to their carton last night. I had to break all the eggs and pour out the contents into tupperwares. I've seperated the whites from yolks anticipating a need for yolk this weekend when I want to make creme angelise. Can the yolks stay in a covered tupperware for this long?
If not, then can I make the creme angelise and then keep that in the fridge until this weekend? Can I free creme angelise?
