Long meeting but good eats from Kung Pao Bistro

Thanks to Carter who recommended KPBistro in Studio City as a take out Chinese possibility for a long meeting last evening. I called ahead for them to fax a menu and Kitty told me to pull up the website. Asked for the food to be ready at 6.30pm and it was, on the dot.

Good selection and I followed Carter's advice and majored in the seafood selections - Seafood soup (A+) with lots of shrimp, big mushrooms, slivers of white fish (bass?) and a deeply rich broth. Yum on a cold night. Also ordered Twinkle Walnut Shrimp which everyone loved, potstickers, veg.lo mein and lemon chicken plus rice. Bill for this was $45 and we had leftovers - not much but four people ate well.
While its not SGV quality, it was way above average.
