Today's LA Times food section was kind enough to note in the Small Bites column of their Restaurant Journal section that Don Dickman is once again offering his porchetta (he previously had it on the menu at Rocca in Santa Monica) on Tuesday's at Matteo's.
This consists of a whole, marinated pig roasted Italian-style in a wood burning oven and then served up to hungry diners who will, no doubt, be converging upon Matteo's to chow down upon this. $22. Get your pig on.
