How long does braised red cabbage last?

I just made some, the typical German or Austrian recipe with onion, caraway, apple, lemon juice, bit of wine, vinegar etc. (Specifically, from a recipe in a book called Die gute Küche, Das Beste aus dem österreichischen Jahrhundertkochbuch), which a Viennese friend gave me.

The vinegar and citrus should be preservatives, but I don't know how long it will keep in the fridge without going "off"? I don't make it strongly acidic.
