Lollicup/El Greco in Chatsworth

Read a post here about the Shawerma at Lollicup at Mason in Devonshire in Chatswort. I was intrigued, because I usually associate Lollicup with ruining perfectly good thai iced tea with rubbery balls of goo. Anyway, the Lollicup here is also El Greco restaurant and the cook, Edward is rightfully very proud of his food. Turns out Edward used to run the Canyon Cafe in Valencia and recently joined the owner of this Lollicup (Seda) to run the kitchen. This place is a definite find.

Chicken Pannini sandwich has moist chicken and a Zankou like garlic sauce. Good bread, warm and crispy. Very tasty.

Dolmas are have a nice herbacious flavor and great texture.

Hummus is great with lots of good olive oil and paprika on top.

Falaffel is crunchy on the outside and moist and flavorful inside.

Haven't tried the soujak or shawerma yet, but I will definitely be back.
