I was a great price for lodge cast iorn enanmel (thanks chowhounds for the rec). Does anyone have experience with these before I put a lot of $s down to get one?
Second, what size should I get? I was leaning towards 7 qt. am expecting do do a lot of braise and soups. I have a family of 4. I watch a lot of lydia's cooking show. She always seems to have one LC pot on the stove. Does anyone know what size she uses?
