We've been lucky ducks in the last few months, in that my mother has sent us gifts of lobster tails. Of course, I've done the usual delicious grilled tails with clarified butter and lemon. I've also made lobster roll sandwiches in toasted N.E. hot dog buns and I've prepared a pasta dish with the cooked chunked lobster meat in a lemon butter sauce.
I'd like to make a lobster bisque that isn't too labor intensive. Any recipes or other ideas as to what to do with the remainder of the tails (I have about ten 5 oz. tails left)??
