Lobster Cream sauce with tails

Hi all,

I've searched previous posts for a recipe and haven't quite found the star I'm looking for. I want to use lobster tails (from South Africa or New Zealand) to make a killer sauce to top roasted halibut. I'm thinking it should involve lobster stock (no homemade on hand, but can source a quality small-batch made stock) and organic cream, probably some herbs. Has anyone made such a fabulous sauce?
