The recent hamburger discussions here got me in the mood for beef, something I rarely have. After getting a little red meat in me, I immediately became less fatigued. I guess I was anemic! A little googling taught me that calf's liver is quite high in iron, so now i'm on a Liver Quest. I thought I'd start with the liver and onions at Sears Fine Foods, but does anyone have any suggestions? i've never had calf's liver and thought i'd sample it at a restaurant before attemptng it at home.
