Help with live lobsters

I have 10 live lobsters that will be arriving today. The problem is my dinner where I am planning to use them isn't for another two weeks (this is when I could get them). Is it OK for me to freeze them raw and whole and then half them when they thaw (I am making them broiled with a bread crumb topping)?
I don't want to cook them because I don't want to cook them twice.
