I was at the farmers' market this weekend, and saw a new addition to the live chickens & ducks usually for sale: live little chicks. People would put a number of them into a paper bag & buy. Any idea how these would be used?
Guess it's wishful thinking to suppose they'd be kept & fed until they get bigger, but they did seem awfully small to prepare in a dish. English-language cookbooks are coming up empty so far -- any ideas on what people are doing with them?
