live chickens at On Sang / SF chinatown

I recently got a coupon in the mail advertising live chickens at On Sang (on Grant) in Chinatown. They say that they will process a live chicken for you. I'm guessing they kill and pluck and perhaps cut it into pieces. Has anyone had this before?

How much better does the freshly killed chicken taste?
How much does the chicken cost?
What method of cooking would best show off the higher meat quality?
