Stopped in there yesterday for lunch. Split an appetizer of roast quail, which was very nice although I'm pretty sure it had been fried (it had been seasoned then cooked and presented on a bed of greens with a slice of cuke, some crushed peanut and a dipping sauce--the crispiness of the quail is what made me figure it was friend), and pho. The pho was quite good, with authentic options you don't always see down here--tendon, tripe, fatty brisket, that sort of thing. I would definitely recommend giving it a try, certainly for the pho.
