Did I already post this? I can't remember, and I can't find a previous, so...
Thanks liloo - Pho 87 is the first decent pho I've had in Chinatown. Better than Pho 70-whatever's cloudy, murky, unfresh broth. Noodles aren't quite as good as Pho Hoa's, but the broth is far better. 87: clean, beefy, fresh-tasting. Strangely, only one herb served, and the meat bits in the soup were kind of stringy, but the broth and noodles - very satisfying.
Almost as good as Pho 54 in Little Saigon.
