Lighter (less greasy) homemade granola?

LostBread | Jul 15, 2009 09:21 AM

I've just made my first batch of homemade granola--and it's good, but, as I feared, a little too oily to be happy in my yogurt. This recipe, like all the other's I've found, contains 1/4 cup oil to 2 cups oatmeal, 1 cup nuts, 1 cup coconut. Does anyone know of a recipe with less grease but just as much crunch?
