Lets say you were to make tuna salad ... but without the tuna?

What other types of fish could I substitute for tuna in whatever form of tuna salad that one makes?

Obviously, there is salmon.

And halibut would work as well, and perhaps even cod.

Any other types of fish one could use instead of tuna?

Would swordfish work?

Thoughts?
