Lemon Vinegar

Help! I received a home-made gift of freshly made lemon vinegar over the holidays. Small amount, maybe 5 oz tops (it was part of a gift basket). I'd like to use it soon, but don't have any ideas beyond vinaigrette, or splashing it on sauteed spinach. Does anyone have a better idea or specific recipe I can use? TIA.
