Leg of Lamb - Boneless - Help? Ideas?

I've cooked all kinds of things in the past, but never a leg of lamb. I just got a boneless leg of lamb that is wrapped in a string mesh. It looks beautiful. Any ideas on how to cook this? I know I can take the netting off and it gets bigger, but should I?
