I made a great big pot of sausage peppers onions and "gravy" (aka Italian-American tomato sauce) today, simmered for hours, rich with the cooked down essense of the meat. I served all the sausages on rolls to my piggy friends and now have about 4 cups of the sauce leftover. Besides eating it on pasta, I'd love some suggestions for lower-carb things I can do with this stuff. I have already dabbed it behind my ears, so that's out. Thanks in advance.
