leftover cream cheese/pepper jelly

Last night we hosted a potluck party. I put out some cream cheese covered with locally made garlic rosemary jelly.
Someone else brought cream cheese and red pepper jelly.
And there was too much food. I put each cream cheese/jelly in food containers. I'm too frugal to throw these out and doubt if I can consume that much in the next few days. Is there some way to transform each of these into some kind of new casserole? You Chowhounders are my only hope.
