What to do with leftover chicken liver mousse?

I made a batch of chicken liver mousse to eat with crusty bread for Thanksgiving and I have leftovers - about 1 1/4 cup. I don't want to throw it out, as it is quite delightful. The base flavors are chicken livers, onion, garlic, thyme, cream, capers, and Cointreau.

Any ideas how to incorporate it into another dish?
