This is a restaurant that is not really as one hope to find in the country; husband and wife team, with one server, locally sourced ingredients and regional home cooking at its best. Humble food, humbly cook, with heart and soul. Nothing spectacular, but everything was very special especially the lentil soup with smoked ham, and the risotto with mushroooms - oh those mushrooms lingered in my mind for a long time. Half pours of all the wine they had opened for the day. Both worked in Paris before returning back to the chef (wife)'s root. A local's favorite in town, and my wife and I were very happy to be in their company.
