Got a Le Creuset roaster for a steal, but what utensils/rack should I use with it?

Beeedee | Mar 16, 201512:22 PM     11

Despite the drama with the broken DO, I just snagged a Le Creuset 5 1/4 roaster for $60 from 6pm! I'm quite pleased with the deal, but I'm now worried as to what kind of tools I should use with it. All roasting racks appear to be made of metal, so there's no way I would roast a bird using one of those and run the risk of chipping the enamel. And I've used metal pronged turkey lifters in the past with our $5 disposable roasters, but those won't work for the same reasons.

Fingers crossed that this one shows up in working order!

Thank you!
