Le creuset enamel crazing? Need advice

Hi all,

I have a 3.5 qt round dutch oven in Flame. I use it once or at the max twice a week to cook curries or one pot dish in low (mine is a ceramic glass top stove). Recently found some crazing like marks in the enamel of the cooking surface. After going through some threads I called Le creuset company (South carolina), they advised me to ship the pot. I have shipped the pot to them already and waiting to hear back from them. Recently I was just glancing through some other threads and see some members advice that these might be metallic marks. I was using some metal utensil once in a while thinking that Le creuset is all sturdy. As a matter of fact, I use BKP for all my SS pans and Le creuset. Attaching some photos to identify what this could be. Please help!
