My friend had a burger and it came with a home made pasta salad, which was delicious, but very normal for this kind of establishment. To my surprise, my lunch swept off my feet. Namely, I ordered a steak tartar apetizer (as a lunch) : it was seasoned to perfection, served with alfa alfa sprouts over a balsamic vinaigrette with authentic honey. It was very gourmet and it knocked all the competition down, not mentioning the fact that the waitress brought in extra bread to compensate for the size of my 'meal'. They did not have dijon mustard, cause it is a bar, but the overall experience has been fantastic. The patio at the back had flowers growing on a rock that embraced the backyard. Also, Le Blues offers a very creative lemonade with marashino cherries, which I strongly recommend. Today's lunch included veal liver with mashed potatoes and paté chinois. Service as service goes in this part of the country was exceptional, despite my friend's inability to speak English. It was not nonsense.
