should I go to LCB in Ottawa ?

sepash | Jan 17, 201608:41 PM     5

I already have my degree in Dental field , cooking is my passion since I was a little kid . I am from Montreal , would like to change my career and become a Chef. There are two other good schools in Montreal and people suggested me to save my money instead of paying 30,000 to LCB. They said I can learn some basic knowledge from any school ,work part time in any kitchen and get more experience from there .
On the other hand I would like to travel , I was thinking if I graduate from a well known school like LCB , I can work and travel and get more experience in this field . I have to decide ASAP , because I've heard they closed down all the LCB schools in U.S and they will increase the price in Ottawa.
I just need some help , I 'm a little bit confused what to do and where to go
