Do you defrost the latkes first or do you bake them without defrosting them?
How do you freeze them? I saw one method mentioned but I was wondering what some other methods are. I was thinking of stacking with waxed paper between them and freezing them in gladware containers.
Thanks for your input. Sorry to be so high maintenance over this issue but if latkes are done right, they are thing of wonder but if they are done wrong it can be pretty bad.
