i was asked to bring baked ziti. i'd rather bring lasagne. i make the pasta. if you asked for a ziti and got a lasagne, would you be upset? I will call and ask when i call to inquire about available oven space (20 minute ride, 1 pm arrival time, 2 pm dinner time. If i pull it out of the oven seconds before the car ride, it will be lukewarm at best by dinner), but i'm just wondering if it's rude to ask. is it rude to ask about the oven?
