I'm in Vegas for 4 days on the company dime. By boss already views this as something of a "boondoggle" since the conference is in Vegas. I would prefer not to bloat my expense report with a bunch of over-the top dining. Thus, this is what I'm after:
- A selection of $30-40 per person restaurants on the strip, preferably walking distance from Palazzo.
- A few < $60 per person restaurants in the same location.
- No buffets.
- No "cheap eats" or large chains
- Above prices include tax, tip, and maybe a glass of beer or wine.
- Any food group is ok
I'm thinking about splurging on breakfast (Bouchon?) since it will obviously be cheaper.
