I think it is. Its a Nicaruagan restuarant that is packed every day with families. You go through a buffet line where whey have a steam table with amazing different things I've never had anywhere else (the tongue is great) and the best carne asada I've had in SF. They also have great plantains, rice and beans (I like them mixed) and greasy fried cheese
The place is a bit nicer decor-wise, the tables have real chairs, table clothes, and a chimchurri-like salsa and pickled onions in neat little containers.
The only problem is the hours, they close at 5pm and aren't open on sundays. Maybe I shouldn't ask, but if you go there and love it could you clue me in to your best secret spot?
