Large (for me) Rib Roast - estimate on how long to get to 118F?

Christmas dinner and I'm planning following on Fourunder's "low and slow" method....roast has been dry aged and is now seasoned and waiting for the day. My question is - at 225F cook temperature, how long should I expect this 12.6 lb roast to get to 118-120F from an estimated 50-55F start point? Thanks, in advance - Darius
