I would like to make this for t day but would prefer to do one big tart. Do you think it would work in a pie pan? I suppose I would need to cook it longer.
My recipe is:
Dough
1/2 c butter
1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
1 c flour
Filling
1 egg
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbl butter
1 tsp vanilla
dash salt
1/8 c pecans
makes 24
Bake 25 minutes at 325 or until filling is set.
