My Mom has a large (15-cup) bundt pan from the '70's that's enameled on the interior (not a non-stick coating), but it's getting pretty beat up. Does anyone make that kind anymore?
I've found bundt pans that are uncoated cast aluminum, pans that are enameled on just the outside, and pans that are coated with non-stick stuff on the inside. I've also found little bundts (6 cup ones) that are enameled in and out. What I'd love to find is a large bundt pan (at least 12 cup capacity) that's enameled on the inside (I don't care if the outside is enameled or not). Something kind of heavy would be nice.
Any leads would be most appreciated.
