Langers

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to those of you that have written in again and again to say that Langers IS the end of the pastrami line in Los Angeles. I'm a fan of Katz in NY and Brents in LA, I always thought that if there was some way that I could get Katz's Pastrami together with Brents Rye, we'd have an unparalleled sandwich.

It was a lovely Saturday, the fountains in MacArthur Park were dancing, the streets were bustling, and a friend and I had finally made it Langers. Hand cut pastrami (with coleslaw & russian dressing), on twice baked rye (soft inside, crisp outside). OMG, we could hardly speak, Nirvana. Thick, juicy, nearly melt in your mouth Pastrami, on Rye that could hold it's own. Dare I say, "orgasmic".

Run, don't walk. And THANK YOU.
